There are few events in the world of photography such as Fotothon. It will pop-up, often at short notice. It's a quest and a challenge with a simple formula - one day, loads of photographers and people with cameras, multiple clues which will not be revealed until the day of the event. You need a camera and open minds to interpret the clues whilst having fun in wonderful seaside towns!

Fotothon is the photography one day event for anyone with a camera whether you're a pro, amateur, enthusiast or prefer to use your phone camera all are welcome.

All are welcome. The area is largely accessible and children under 16 are welcome providing they are accompanies by an adult (18 or over).

On the day all recipients will be given a series of clues, 2 clues will be sent out at randon times during the day up until 18:59 PM.

Clues are to be interpreted as a series of photographs within the Newhaven & Seaford area.

When you finish your photography is up to you. The finish time is set at midnight to give time for orientation and ample photo-opportunities presented in and around the Newhaven and Seaford area.
